Uniform Policy
Sherri Kaubris is our Club Gear Coordinator, her email is clubgear@westfieldunitedsoccer.com. She handles uniforms and equipment for the league and manages the Club Gear Store on this site.
Team Game Uniforms
The club provides new game uniforms to players every two years. The game uniform includes:1 red game jersey, 1 white alternate game t-shirt (worn when we are the "home" team and the opposing team's jersey is a similar color to ours), 1 pair of game shorts and 1 pair of game socks. All players will receive a new pair of game socks every season (Spring and Fall) as well. This is the official "game" uniform.
If a player is new to the league they will get a new uniform regardless of when they join. Existing players will receive a new uniform the next time new uniforms are handed out. The next new uniform order is scheduled for the fall of 2011.
In most cases a player's uniform will need to last 2 years so order them a bit bigger to allow for growth spurts. If a player out grows their uniform before new uniforms are handed out or they wish to have additional items they can be purchased via the Club Gear Store. The Club does not make any money on uniforms, they are sold to players at cost.
Game Attire
Westfield United is all about kids having fun on the field but we also want to present ourselves in a way that reflects pride in our city and professionalism on the field. Please make every effort to have your player in their "game" uniform as described above (no substitutions). Shirts should be tucked in and short waistebands should not be rolled down.
