Welcome Letter MISSION The mission of Westfield United is to develop skilled respectable Westfield soccer players in a fun, safe, nurturing environment through competition against other local clubs. Key Elements: Fun - to provide an environment where players can play with age and grade appropriate classmates, currently and in the future; Skills - to teach the appropriate soccer skills, providing the player with the ability to succeed, including advancement to more advanced regional teams; Respect - to teach respect as a sportsman both on and off the field, respect for ones body and mind and respect as a player for your teammates and competitors; Nurturing - to provide an environment where the game can teach life lessons, foster talents and develop skills, both soccer and inter-personal.
